Very kind and helpful. Felt very comfortable- spent time explaining what needed to be done based on the history of my car. Had patience with this 85 year old. So grateful for his graciousness. I left there actually feeling happy, which is unusual when leaving an auto service center. Thank you Mr. Gubitosa.

Nick was good. He was helpful. However,the price quoted for air conditioning work there was far too expensive. Had the work done elsewhere for less than half the price. This was, of course, not Nick's fault.

This was the best service experience I have ever had… period. Nick let me check in early - I had my appt time an hour early on my calendar; Nick offered a shuttle ride home, I already had transportation but I appreciates that he checked; I loved the video; Nick called and explained what I needed without any “sells pressure”; and he ensured I received my vehicle and was satisfied at the end if the service. I’ll continue to get service here.

Took my pilot in for a programming recall. Recall doc said it was a 20 min fix so I decided to wait. Made appt for 10:00 am. Took until 11:30 am. Not a big deal as I am aware things get busy, but would have dropped it off of if I knew I would be waiting that long. Had I not had an appt, I wouldn’t question waiting an hour and a half. With an a pre-made appt to only do the reprogramming which was estimated to take 20 min, I thought it might take 45 min. It took twice that long.
