I called in December and was told the part was not in for my recall and someone would call me when it came in to schedule service. Imagine my surprise when the service person told me they could easily do it today with my scheduled maintenance. Unimpressed that I never heard back. Don’t say it was an anomaly bc the same thing is happening with my husband’s car.

Every time I bring my CRV in for oil change service I have a problem with my suv. Last summer I brought it in for service. The technician forgot to put the plug back in for my skid plate. I had to take time from work to bring it back, and I asked the service guy to make a note of it because the skid plate was damaged. He did not make a note of it.. at another service appointment they had to rotate my tires. On the way home my air pressure light came on.. I could not turn back because I was almost home. My valve stem was damaged. I had to take time for work and bring it back up there and again I asked the technician to make a note of it.. this last time when I had to do my service after it was completed my tire light came on. I had to turn around and bring my CRV back.. Mariah was very helpful and she took very good care of me. They also forgot to reset the oil change light. I am beyond frustrated and I will try to find another dealership to go to.. I understand they may be busy, but this is getting to the point like it is ridiculous. I’m not even sure if they rotated my tire Saturday..
