I do not understand why my tire was not covered under the vehicle warranty when it was purchased on the vehicle and I just bought the car in November - 12,000 miles on the tire. For the last month or so it has been loosing air, nothing was in it, defect in the tire!!! I had to have air added 5 different times. I was charged $184 for a new tire on a new car! Keith did nothing wrong, Fred Honda should have replaced my tire. A set of tires normally gets 50-60,000 miles on them. Not 12,000!!!

Keith was very good, except for trying to upsell a brake fluid change. The safety video exam on the XRV specifically shows the brake fluid as being amber colored and passing inspection.
