Ashleigh was incredibly friendly and helpful from drop-off to pick-up, making the entire process feel seamless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the plastic seat covers and floor mat to keep everything clean. The text message updates with video during service were a great feature and kept me well informed. I went in on April 1 to check on an existing problem with my steering. My original appointment for the steering was January 16, 2026. Which stated that the steering issue was in the steering shaft that the silicone hardens had hardened and so that was resolved until recently when the same problem started to occur again. When I brought the van in for the same problem on April 1, it appears from what the mechanic has written in his notes that the original steering shaft issue was not even looked at. I drive an hour to have this vehicle serviced.

Everyone was very nice from the moment I pulled my car in to when I picked up my car. I was concerned about some noise my front end was making and Brody listened to everything I said and made sure to note that. I loved the communication from the technician about the inspection on my car. It was nice to see what he was talking about with the tread wear on my tires and how dirty my air filters were. When I picked up my car, I had expressed my surprise that the issue with my front end was just a matter of having an alignment done. Robby listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.
