Matthew was quick to help us out and make sure that we were kept informed about our vehicle’s service. He was kind and attentive and we truly felt that he cared about us being taken care of. Once again, another fantastic experience with the Service Department at Fred Anderson Honda! Thank you so much for such great customer service and work by the Technicians! We especially appreciate the videos by the technicians showing us what he is doing and walking us through (on the vehicle) what things look like and other things that might need to be attended to in the future…very honest and up front!

Matthew definitely provided professional service today. Every single time I check in with him he always has a smile on his face and gives superb assistance. When he thought I waited too long he came back to assure me everything is being taken care of and it shouldn’t be much longer. Great guy.
