Caleb was most attentive. An hour and a galf to wait for an oil cgange on a new car when I had an appointnent is riduculous. Trying to find sonething to upsale me with only 3800 miles on my new car is stupid. I came in only for an oil change. Why cant you do only what the custkmer wants?
