Staff was rude and dismissive. The lack of communication was astounding. I would not recommended or do business with organization ever again.
He was excellent in all areas until he asked me to fill out a survey saying he was excellent in all areas. The last part was a joke.
Matthew is a great service advisor. He listened as I described the issue I was having with my SUV. After the inspection he informed of the service that needed to take place and the estimated cost. I never have any worries when Matthew is my service advisor. I know he has my best interest as a customer.

Amazing service and was quick and efficient
Noah was very accommodating. My reason for “no” is that I had an appointment for the recall item to be repaired on my vehicle. I was told it would take ~2-3 hours. Fortunately, I didn’t wait. Instead I took the rental car. However, the service was not done until almost closing time ( many hours later than expected). Because I had other obligations, the inconvenience was unexpected, BUT won’t prevent me from coming back to the dealership
