Brody was awesome! I came in with a flat tire and he got me right in. He also found that I was almost ready for an oil change and alignment and got that done as well. He was great at keeping me up to date on everything and even sent me a video of my car. I’m going to get my future maintenance done at Fred Anderson Honda!

There were several factors. 1) service was terrible. No communication from representatives and customer. Everytime I asked about the status of car nobody know what to say. 2) getting conflicting information. A letting inform that that I had a crack in my glass but I did see one. 3) did not receive a paper inspection report and did not like the AI stuff either.
