Matthew was very helpful and personable during my visit. He explained all the work and costs to my car. He immediately reserved a rental when the extra maintenance would add time to my original schedule, and let me know when the rental had not arrived in his expected time frame. Alexander has completed repairs to my 2015 Honda CRV as promised and additionally provided information that lead to significant “covered” services that enhanced my vehicle!! My latest service today was the restoration of the front headlights .They were extremely frosted making night driving difficult! I am waiting until dark to drive in ( what feels like a brand new car)! Alexander is a great asset to your company !

I was 100 percent satisfied until I came home and reviewed my receipt. I called and left a message for Alexander to call ne back. The receipt indicates ALL four tires have dry rot that was never mentioned during my appointment. The rear right "Requires Immediate Attention" and I see why. A bubble is forming on the outside wall with dry rot as well. I'm a little frustrated it wasn't mentioned. My safety is priority irregardless of cost. I would appreciate a call back tomorrow. I'm already pricing tires at another location

I was not given a full report of the recommendations until after the service was completed. With other dealers I’ve visited , they will provide a report of recommendations and any services that need immediate attention for my approval. Upon request I was told that this was not available and that the services and their price could be given to me over the phone but not in writing.

I was not satisfied. As a matter of fact, it was the most disappointing experience I've had at the Honda dealership. I had an appt at 1:30 and sat arguing with the rep Mariah about whether they would service my car bc my oil was at 50%, despite me having a service package that i spent several thousand dollars on. A manager stepped in and agreed to service. However after I left with the car I noticed the oil light still read 50% and the sticker in my windshield said Jan 2025. So I took back to confirm they actually conducted the oil change I requested. Thirdly, I told Mariah I was concerned about a slow leak in my back left tire. And the technicians did not fill my tires. I left and 1 tire was at 31 psi, another at 37. And the other two in between. Surely if they checked my tires, they could have adjusted all pressures the same? So no, I was not happy with the visit. I will never buy another service package from Honda bc it's so confusing. I still don't understand what I paid for. And likely I just won't buy another Honda. Or at least not from Fred Anderson.

Had the vehicle there on 6/3/25 for air conditioning issue. Part was replaced with a part made in China and we are still having issues with the air conditioning. We brought it back this past Monday and was told that there was nothing wrong. Yesterday, Tuesday, the air conditioning worked for about 8 miles then died. It now only works intermittently. Besides the poor work done on the air conditioner, the rep at the first visit tried to add needless items, which my husband manages, to the bill. You should be ashamed.

Mariah was the best!! VERY professional, friendly and accommodating! For your service dealership restrooms…it would be nice to have a hook in woman’s stalls to accommodate pocketbooks or diaper bags …
