Brody was excellent! One of the best Service advisors I have ever had. He did an excellent job reviewing the Service history of my vehicle and explaining the detail details of what the car might need, the importance of the parts suggested and how the Service/maintenance recommended program plays out.It was taking longer than originally expected, and he even offered to bring me back some lunch.
I brought the vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, wheel balancing, and alignment. When I drove off, all four tires were under-inflated, and I had no windshield wash in the reservoir. It makes me question whether my tires were rotated and balanced. A thorough inspection and service should have included topping off all fluids. Next time, I'll mark my tires to make sure. As I'm leaving this area, I won't be returning.
Theodore was great. I’m always happy when he’s my service consultant. He’s straightforward and doesn’t try and upsell unnecessary maintenance. Please give him all the praise for being amazing.
