I was there for much longer than anticipated. It would have been nice to be offered a loaner
I bought the car in with 2 issues. The lane assist goes on and off while driving on the same road. The issue wasn’t resolved and when I received the car it was still doing the same thing. I told the service representative if it could checked out again and he said to come back another time. Very disappointed.
When I brought my car in I asked the lady at front desk what all do they do she said change the oil oil filter and rotate tires.Then top
off all fluids.When I got home I let my car cool down.The mechanic did not top off my antifreeze.Did he just forget. Need a answer.My phone is ****-****-xxxx

was appropriate for work completed.
Favorite was great! He listened attentively and updated me on the findings. The service team also did there due diligence but when driving my vehicle 2 hrs back home I felt the same vibration when driving at speeds of 70-75 on highway. I will continue to observe based on service suggestions. Sadly, I am not totally pleased with driving performance at this time.
Talked to Taylor Smith , so ask him! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had at a dealership! Your place is totally screwed up... but truthfully no one really seems t care! Your people don't even introduce themselves (if you can find them???) Who ever is running this dealership, needs some training in management and customer service!
