Customer service is horrible. Every time i have scheduled a service appointment for a simple oil change i have been told the wait time would be an hour to an hour and a half. Yet every time i have had to wait 2 to three hours. This is very inconvenient especially when it takes time away from my job or personal time. I will not be returning nor referring anyone.
