Tym Nash is amazing. He is the reason why I am so loyal to Fox Acura. I had a flat tire over the weekend and he made sure I was taken care of. I am traveling out of the country and my son was not able to drive to pick up my vehicle, so Tym dropped my car off at my house. My son Tym had my car washed and was so appreciative that he personally made sure we were taken care of. Due to the amazing service we receive, I have two other Acuras.. all because of Tym. I really hope this survey goes to Paige Fox. You have a gem in Tym, even if he is no longer in sales he always makes sure his clients are taken care of in all aspects.

I had an appointment at 8:30 to get my a/c checked and have a recall performed. I showed up to the dealership at around 1:45 and was told my vehicle would probably be ready in 1hr. 10 min later Johnathan comes to me and says it would still be at least 1 1/2hrs before my vehicle could be ready. Before scheduling the recall I was told it would take around 1 hr to complete, should be quick they told me. When Jonathan told me it would be about 1 1/2hrs he offered me a vehicle to use. I live in Las Cruces, I scheduled this appointment around a time that was convenient for me to be in El Paso. I told Jeremy I didn’t have 1 1/2hrs to wait and asked if I could just take my car as is. I asked where they were in the process of the recall, he said they had been working on the A/C all day and not started the recall. Needless to say, I left the dealership shortly after 2PM and had nothing done to my vehicle. Johnathan eventually came to let me know my car was ready, he handed me my keys without saying a word and I left. I didn’t get an apology or anything, he just handed me my keys and said NOTHING. I wasted a day just to have my car parked at your dealership. The service at this dealership has been disappointing. It’s been almost 2 years since the last mishap there and I was starting to feel confident in having my vehicle serviced at Fox Acura again. That time, I left the dealership after an oil change only to be called 10min later by my service tech to tell me the filters had not been replaced. I’m now trying to decide if it’s time to trade in my RDX for a Lexus because I have lost confidence in Fox Acuras ability to service my vehicle.
