Maintenance service at Acura is a joke. 2yr service for 2 oil changes for a 60k car is ridiculous. 1st time I brought my car in for service they forgot to secure the cabin filter compartment. 2nd time I brought my car in for a recall and ask for a service I was told since my car reading said 30% I needed to wait until 20%. On top of that they scratched my interior. 3rd time and recent service, they didn’t rotate my tires even though the dashboard said B1 service, they said my 5 point inspection said my tires were good. They also lost my valve stem cover on my tire. I took my car to discount tire and they confirmed the type of tires I had at 13000 miles my ca needed a rotation. Fox Acura service is a joke, and why do I keep getting calls from them to buy a car… SPAM…. Stay away from this so called certified dealership!!!!!!!
Paige, I thought you would never find anyone as good as Raul or Enrique. You have a gold mine. Always takes care of my vehicle and me. He definitely deserves his recent award he has displayed on his desk. Octavio is the best!
