Someone dug through my center console during my visit. I always take a photo just before anyone takes possession of my car and it was definitely rifled through. You have a thief at CWVW. I’ll take my car to another dealership next time. I’ll post my before and after photos on Instagram and tag CWVW if you like.

Break problems with no fix. The car scares my wife and kids.I spend to much money to not be able to enjoy a good and safe ride.It’s sad that vw. Expect you to drive a car that is unsafe. The service manager said oh well.
There is a need for a bigger service dept.
