went today around 2pm to do maintenance. this was my 1st time doing my car maintenance here in vegas because i just move from houston. car maintenance was good however, i was talking to one of the sales agent regarding car re-finance and told me they don’t do re finance. told me he can give me a brand new car, as i was asking how the process work he left and leave me sitting for 15mins. never return to the tabel again. rude service. not returning back again.

Agent forgot to call me and let me know my vehicle was done and ready. Was there for over 2 hours. If it wasn’t for the service guys that approached me I would’ve continued to wait there, meanwhile they were already getting ready to closed. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Service was great and everyone was very kind. The only issue I have is there is oil spots on my visor and next the my window. But I appreciate all of their hard work
