Jovan was helpful from the start. Patiently walked us through our maintenance services and when the technicians forgot the keys. He sprung into action and made sure to pull up our car for us.

Booting of rear camera software, was listed as a main concern, on the paperwork we received after waiting for over 90 minutes, it said camera software had been rebooted! But, in checking the camera, It was NOT DONE!
We had to wait an additional 20 minutes to find Jesus and get another technician to take the car back and update the software.
We also had to request the printout of the checklist.
The fact that the software was rebooted, but paperwork said it was done, left us with questioning what was actually done to our RAV4.
When we are told work was done, yet NOT is extremely concerning, and leaves quality of your service suspect.
He was very nice and direct with every question
