I had a bad experience with the sales department a year ago and now bad experience with the service department. Lack of customer service and most of the employees are rude and can’t even answer questions right. Me personally, I will never do any type of business with this dealership.

I just want to say I bought my car in Saturday April 19th cause my vehicle didn't want to start while I was at a store. Got a jump from someone drove my vehicle to Toyota, promised a new battery. Got my vehicle back in an hours drove for 2 days and got stuck at a car wash, got another jump drove it to Toyota only to find out they never changed my battery, they only charged it. Had to sit there another hour and a half. What a big disappointment. You lucky I didn't have my grandchildren in my car. I would totally trade this car in for another make and model, All because you tried to save a few dollars and leave a 63 year old lady stranded twice in this heat. Shame on you!! I do want to say thank you to Jovani ffor making it happen. You are heaven sent.

I felt that the maintenance services recommended are not legitimate; I checked in the Toyota manual that comes with the vehicle and none of them were listed. Also, when I inquired about the Blind Spot Monitor not working, he told me that the diagnostic fee was $200 with the possibility of spending another $800 to repair it. I checked with another Toyota dealer who told me to check the BSM button near the steering wheel! Apparently, the button had been inadvertently turned off. How do you spell “price gouging”? I am seriously considering changing my Toyota service facility and our family owns five Toyota vehicles.

I am very satisfied with the service done on my vehicle. My only complaint is that I did not get a summary of what all was done by my advisor as normal and the BSM signal was not turned off so I had to return later to be shown how to turn it off.

I still have the old mas airflow sensor in my car and today the check engine light went off. I feel that the wiring and connection to the sensor should have been checked because now I don't know what caused it in the first place and when the light will be back on . And I purchased a new sensor on Amazon which I do not know what to do with when it arrives at my house on Monday. Also Iam not sure that the engine work that was done in October was checked yesterday as I requested. Iam lost and do not know what to do with the car.
