This is my first Toyota. If y'all continue to give the outstanding level of customer service that I have experienced so far all the way up and down the line, and produce quality vehicles, won't be my last Toyota. Thank you soooo much!!!
First time I went in there I thought I was going in for my free oil change because the sticker on my windshield said it was due, but all they did was change the miles on the sticker to 18,000 and rotate my tires. I asked what was going on and they said you have synthetic oil and it's good for 10,000 miles. So I came back when I got close to 18,000 miles to get my free oil change and allegedly they changed it because it was on the paperwork however,they never changed the sticker and it still says $18,000 miles oil change needed, so since they didn't change the sticker I don't know when my next Oil Change is due. Also, when I got my car back it stunk like the technician who was in it and I had to smell that for the hour and 15 minute drive back home until I could wash the seat, other dealerships will put a plastic bag over the seat to keep grease and stink off it.
Excellent service and he js always honest.

Kelly was excellent I spoke to management about a few issues I had and was very dissatisfied with talking him . I couldn’t believe the answers I got from him. I didn’t even respond to his comments. If the owners knew what he said I don’t think they would approve of his comments. Absolutely disgusting!

Lacked communication on the timeliness of the vehicle. Kelli said she was going to call me back early in the morning next day after leaving the car over night and did not. I didn’t get a call back until afternoon. So pretty much paid a $220 diagnosis for nothing after she told me it was $715 for a blower motor. So I felt like I wasted a whole day for me just waiting and nothing was done.
