Make sure that the time u give the customerthat is going to b done it will b on time when I Irive to pick up the truck he told me it will b 5min.and they took onother 30 to 40min more in total over 2hours in a half when he told me 1 hour in a half to me that's not good service.

Javier Canales told me included in the sale of my vehicle is an oil change every 5000k miles.
When I booked my appointment I told them I was bringing it in for an oil change. They ask the mileage, 5072 is what I gave them.
I brought my car in for an oil change and let Jesus Jimnez that is what I was there for.
I was there from 10:00 AM to 11:30 Am.
When I get home, I looked at my receipt, no oil change. They checked my fluids, lights and rotated my tires. Puzzled why the oil was not changed, I called Jesus and he said it is only changed every 10k miles. He stated I should have received the service paperwork when I purchased the vehicle.
I checked to see if I missed reviewing it. The papers I have was the folder, the thumb drive and paperwork for the second payment. No service information.
Javier Canales lied to me stating I needed a make an appointment to have my oil changed every 5000k miles or sooner if I was going out of town or as often as I wanted... Kinda crazy and I knew better.
The person that booked my appointment for an oil change never said or explained oil changes are every 10k miles. Missed opportunity to explain this to me.
Jesus Jimnez was not listening to me or ignored what I said about the oil change.
There were 2 chances to explain to me about the oil, but we're completely ignored.
I have always changed my oil at 3000k miles. I am totally confused. Does my oil need changed at 3000k, 5000k, or 10k.
As you can tell I am not happy with Javier's deciept, and the lack of listening from the appointment setter and Jesus lack of listening and explaining the oil change situation. I would not have been happy if the was explained to me, but would understand and not writing the nasty review.
A phone call or email explaining how often I need oil changes would go a long way to me not being so angry. ****-****-xxxx
