Brought my 2018 Tacoma in to have alternator checked. Told it was fine. Asked for a shuttle back to dealership. No problem. Will be there shortly. 2 1/2 hrs later no driver. Half a dozen calls. Ended up paying for an Uber. After wasting half my afternoon still charged for the diagnosis. Never was told there would be a charge for no repair. No problem. I didn’t argue but I won’t be back.

Mr. Jesus didn't want to help me. I think he didn't care about my job, which was something simple. I think all jobs are big, even if they seem small. A person who works as a driver helped me and contacted a new person to help me personally.

Siempre bengo con eduardo y muy buena atencion lo q los mecanico no encuentran el fayo del auto Siempre le areglan algo y me boy y en menos de nada tengo q regresar con el mismo problema y después cuando bemgo le sale otra cosa q no es la q se le presenta al auto y no se acaba de areglar

Kelli went above and beyond, answering all my questions and concerns, even as the service dept was extremely busy. She even found me in the waiting area to give me my paperwork so I could get my car and get going. I will be back because of her

They did not reset my maintenance button on my car. Dan had to come and do it. Dan was great. Also, they did not put a new sticker on showing when my new maintenance is due again.

Michael McDermott must/has to be the best representative for Toyota ever. I have a Toyota dealer less than a mile and walking distance from my house. But because Michael was so highly recommended I am willing to drive on the other side of town to have my car serviced at his location. He’s hysterical and a great personality and a great representative for Toyota. I trust him and am grateful that as a widow that he will ne honest with me.
