Juan was great, very nice. He let me know what they would to do to figure out what the problem was. Unfortunately the car started each time. They kept it over night and it still started so they said to come and pick it up.
My car is a Toyota RAV4 and I brought it to a Toyota dealer. It's very discouraging to know they don't know the problem of their own make. I've owned a Toyota for at least 40 years and I've never had this type of problem.
I'll have to think about it twice before I consider taking my RAV to Toyota again.
