The adviser tried to charge me more than what I was quoted for the service, but ended up charging less than what I was quoted. It took 2+ hrs for oil change. They ended up inspecting my car and nored a couple of things that needed my attention. Next day I called her to request a quote for cost of part and labor but today is Tuesday night, she still hasn't called me back. I wanted to get it repaired before I returned to calif on Weds, but too late now.
