Management is great, same with service advisor but not the techs. Very upset my windshield got cracked during maintenance as well as my engine cover missing rubber pieces that hold it in place.

After paying extra money to have a “battery service” performed, the car was delivered to me with a brown gravy like substance all over the battery. Jovan agreed with me that it looked terrible and came out to the car with a few rags and wiped most of that off. When I got home, I spent additional time with tissues cleaning more of that stuff off. I have a photograph if anyone else there would like to see what it looked like when it was brought up to the service drive.
