I came in for a battery replacement and was told it would take about 1 hour. I was ok with that. But it took them over 2 hours for a battery and installation. I was very disappointed with the time of service and the lack of communication.

The service staff at Toyota Las Vegas has been really good my usual service person was out sick but Helmer. Was excellent with service I will always continue my service at this location they certainly don’t make me feel like I am getting ripped off unlike other competitors

I was waiting for almost 3 hours and I didn’t get any status update from Elisabeth Valdivia. Also I didn’t get multipoint inspection form about my vehicle. Very disappointed.
