It did not look at all that any maintenance service was done on the vehicle since it was the first time the car was brought in for the complimentary 6 months/ or 5 k miles service. The checklist was checked all OK but it was dirty and hardly any difference than when it was brought in. Oil was marked N/A. I will look at the other Toyota dealerships next service.

I would like a choice of paper or text on the recommend work. An the video you sent is useless. To much back ground noise to understand what I was looking at. And he wet to fast to even see what things are. I ask my service rep to add the fact that brakes had been serviced at brake masters and you still told me they needed flushed which tells me your people didn't check the fluid to see if it was clean.

After 5 days at the dealership the problems not resolved. Vehicle broke down 2 blocks down the road from the dealership.
