This was my first time visiting a Toyota dealership outside of our local dealership which is Escondido,CA. Daniel and the team showed professionalism during my service experience with them. I would recommend my friends with Toyotas to check in with Daniel if they were in the Las Vegas area and needed service.

For software updates, I have been charged $330.00. Toyota should taking care of software update not something customer obligated .

Just two small issues. First, after rotating the tires the air pressure was not adjusted. My rear tires are at 36 and the front tires are at 33. The second issue was my dash camera was unplugged during the service and was not plugged back in before delivering my vehicle back. Everything else was great!

Cesar was great! He was professional and patient. My driver window was rattling when going over a bump. He showed me a video of the technician adjusting the window and went on a ride with me. I guess when the window was adjusted it corrected the problem! Thank you Cesar! Best service and going the extra mile to assist me and make sure everything was working!
