I haven’t had a bad experience since I have bought my vehicle back in 2023 . The only thing I do not like is the fact there isn’t a car wash handy to wash my vehicle after servicing it —- it makes an 80% satisfaction to a 100% satisfaction for me personally. I have said this before and will say again, other car dealers such as Volkswagen , BMW, Porsche etc, offer a car wash after servicing ,; to a customer that purchases from the dealership and brings it to the dealership to have serviced …., except for Toyota . Hopefully, this could happen soon? Otherwise , am happy with Toyota .

3rd time all 3 times promised windshield chip repair... Every single time not delivered for whatever excuse.
Last time I took it they were trying to charge me for both air filters , only to find out I have plan to have those replaced for free , I can’t trust dealers , and the first first time I took it in to get a oil change they didn’t even charge my oil just did tire rotations but still counted it as 1 out 5 free oil changes I have ,

The gentleman was very helpful on my 80,000 maintenance job. All team members were very nice & helpful, n & out within 2hrs.
Everything was done well and very efficiently! Cesar gave me the breakdown about how everything was going to go. He was very helpful and very sweet.

Several concerns came up, Brian did everything he could, On Monday the 23rd of March I came in for Oil change and tires be rotated. Then I was given a list of concerns that needed to be addressed even though my truck had just been there in September 2025. These concerns didn't happen in 5 months. When doing the inspection on the truck stated rear brakes were good.
On March 30 I brought my truck back in for service to have these items fixed, When fixing the items list had that I needed my liquids flush ,that power steering was leaking, So many issues,best one I asked on Monday the 30 do you take Cashier Checks 4 people said no,today I come in with my check book , I'm sorry we don't take personal checks.Lots of mis information. Another example when doing the tires they didn't reset the light on the dash nor did they catch that the sensor was bad until I came back the next day asking them why was the light on, I was told that my power steering was leaking , I had nothing in my driveway I even put white paper under my truck nothing ever showed up.
Brian Duran my Service Writer Advisor did his best with what information he was getting.
Eric Assistant Service Manager was awesome and very professional,which was good , Alex Martinez was awesome also,
Concern is the Mechanic I understand that they are busy ,simple things getting missed, These Mechanics are supposed to be top of the line.
I got better service from the 3 Employees above
