Michael really wasn’t inviting when I came to service my vehicle today, not a hello or a good morning, straight what’s your phone number. Didn’t let me say or add any comment of why I came to service my vehicle today, ignored me and pointed me straight to the advisor office. Mind you I’ve been going to David Wilson of Toyota to service my vehicles the past 5 years and I think this is my last visit coming to this dealer. The is my second visit with Micheal and the first time he was unfriendly and cold didn’t say much like he was upset or something but I didn’t think much because maybe it was an off day or something so I gave David Wilson of Toyota a second chance, thinking it would be different, NOPE! same thing wanted unfriendly and cold didn’t say thank you or welcome not sure because I’m young or something but everyone should be treated equally and feel welcomed. Waited 2 hours for an update on my vehicle didn’t receive a message or a phone call about my vehicle being completed for service I had to physically go up to Michael and say “hey I’m waiting on a update on my vehicle” and I understand if it’s a busy day but Michael didn’t even acknowledge me being at his desk didn’t even look up or anything said oh it’s you with the corolla and pointed at the cashier and said my paperwork is up there. Yeah thanks bud really professional of you and as I’m signing the paperwork and paying for my service he finished with whatever he was doing and comes to shake my hand not even a thank you for your business and trusting us with your vehicle. Buddy walked away. I’m done with this dealer taking my vehicles somewhere else to get serviced.

The professional attitude and actually listen to me the Customer, I was extremely pleased with the both. The concerns had been addressed on 4-9-2026.
The customer service I received at Dave Wilson staff, Sarah, Jesse, Eric Alex, and Brian Duran,who truly gave it his best with the information provided to him.
I will bring my truck back for service when needed knowing that I have neet the right Employees working at Dave Wilson Toyota.
