Received professional and helpful service from service advisor Roberto ****. The shuttle drivers are friendly and courteous. However, the shuttle scheduling process (both pickup and drop off) needs review and improvement.
Jesus is definitely a great representatives and provided excellent customer service. Also, Brian, the courtesy driver is an exceptional individual. Overall my experience with this Toyota Service location was phenomenal and look forward to working again with this team!
I had an appointment at 8am I was told by Kelli that it would by 1hour -1 1/2 hour waited almost 3 hours not sure what happened wasn't updated or anything. Never waited this long before with appointment very disappointing. Feel like I got scamed into being up sale to wait 3 hours ridiculous I would have just did the regular oil change if that's why it took longer. Also my car was not put thru the carwash is that service not offered anymore? I hope next time I go there for oil change it's not like this because I will regret have buying the oil change package
