I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by Nelson. I came to the dealership to have my car fixed because the back trunk door wasn’t opening. Nelson was supposed to handle a vehicle recall for me but failed to do so. I ended up waiting for three hours at the dealership, and the issue was not resolved at my appointment.
When I arrived, I had Nelson open the car trunk, which didn’t open for him initially. He mentioned there was an issue and assured me it would be taken care of. However, three hours later, he told me they tried ten times, and the trunk finally opened, so he concluded there was no problem. I asked him to try again, and the shocks made noise, indicating a clear issue. Nelson then promised to order the necessary parts.
Today, the trunk didn’t open again, so I called Toyota to check if the parts were ordered. They informed me that Nelson had never placed the order, and the recall work was also not completed. Nelson’s statements are unreliable, and at this point, I no longer want him servicing my vehicle.
I spoke with Jesse, who will take care of my vehicle on 11/12/2024 at 1 pm.
It was very happy and satisfied with the service they provided and kept me updated.

I had a very bad experience at this ñocation. I had initially went in to get my AC fixed in my Toyota Camry and I was quoted it to be a $894 repair however it was not fixed. I had to go in a second time and I was charged a little over $900, and again it was not fixed. The third time I went in they told me ot was going to be up $2,000. I had asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told I would be receiving a call from him and I have yet to get a call. Bad service.

In the beginning Eduardo was nice to talk to but after it was not pleasant. He was cold and very short with me. I felt uncomfortable. I would not want to get assistance from him again. My son asked him about a position for service porter and was very excited to ask him and Eduardo just kept looking at his computer and didn’t even acknowledge my son. How disrespectful. Is this what you call customer service? Rude and cold employees. Unacceptable.
