My appointment was at 930 and I was going in for an oil change. I left my car and never heard back. At 1230 when I followed up, mike said that my car was never registered in the system and that it was in the back not getting worked on. I finally got my car back at 1:40. This was unacceptable and Mike said he would cover the fee for the inconvenience. 4 1/2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable.
