I feel like I was taken advantage of, I was just in 3 months ago for oil change, reg maintenance, got spark plugs added. I was just in yesterday and now my car needed 5 things totalling 1000, then got a call needed more maintenance totalling another 500. I got new tires somewhere else with the alignment, you told me I needed an alignment because I got new tires, I trusted u then looked at my tire receipt and yeah, I got my alignment with them at that time. I do enjoy the air filter sent thing. I also asked for a car wash and it was not done.

Thank you. I,very trusted my 1989 Toyota Camrey with "Toyota Of Las Vegad for 40 years. The communication was terrible! I was there over three hours and never once did she come update me on the progress of my truck. She was supposed to check on my damaged cover over the truck bed. She did not provide any information. Also, the tire light was on and I asked her to let me know what was found in regard to the tires. At the end of the three plus hours, she did not review the work that was done, but to pick up my paperwork with the cashier. I am not happy and I will not be returning. I still need to figure out the cover and what to do. I will go to Findlay.

I am having issues connecting my phone to my car. I took it to the dealer and I was told that I needed to download enture app suite for my android to connect. This app has being discontinued as of 2023 and not longer works. So this mean that the technician didn't try to make sure it was working. I had to pay the service fee but I still have the issue.

The basic maintenances and services were fine. However, the prices for “recommended” services were absolutely insane. I would like to know how they come up with these prices.

I asked them to wash it. When I picked it up, it had not been washed. I told the Service Adviser who did get it washed. The point is that it should have been washed This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me.
