Mechanics need to do a better job at details. For the money I pay at a dealership I except a lot better.
Very satisfied with the attentiveness of Joshua. He called to tell me when my car was ready and suggested additional work. He informed of the price and the add’l time that it would take to finish the job. Robert Murguia was the mechanic that worked on my car. He greeted me and assured me that the car was in great condition. I am very satisfied with the service from your service department.

Wait with an appointment was too long. Other than that, service and employees were great.
Only complaint is I was told service would be 45 minutes. When I arrived at dealer I was told it would be 4-4 1/2 hours. Service person was helpful and did what she could to finish in about 2hours.

After waiting for 3 1/2 hours I kept calling to check on the status of the maintenance service.. Thats when they asked me if I would like to change the filter… I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t call to check. I would have waited till 6 pm to be able to get my car.

My advisor did not send any updates on my car. I did not receive any calls or text messages regarding what my car might need. I waited and ended up having to call myself to ask if my car was ready. Once I called I was told it was ready for pick up. If I wouldn’t have called, when would I have known my car was ready? or what it needed. Now I need to schedule another appointment to service what was needed when I’m usually updated as soon as they find out so I can approve to get it done there.
My car wasn't fixed I have to bring it now back in again to find out why?
First time getting my service done here. I was satisfied with their fast service. It was a busy morning but they managed to get my car out in time.
