I waited for my vehicle, she let me know what the approximate wait time was and let me know about the coffee and hot chocolate.
I knew it was a long wait and accommodated for this.
She gave me an update on when my vehicle was started as well.
The GM had tacos for employees this day, she was kind enough and came over to the quiet area I was at and offered for me to go have some since she knew I was waiting.
People here are friendly previously but I only see them when I check in and when vehicle is done.
