Your battery charge and check to ensure through Toyota that the battery is indeed dead. Which is total bs I had to call AAA to get a jump, took it to dealer to buy a brand new battery,, however I HAD to go through your stupid check battery test I’ve never spent so much time buying a new part I should have had the tow company change it as it was the same price Thanks for the unneeded inconvenience!

Staff was nice and helpful. However, waiting 3 hours for an oil change is unbelievable.
