I wasn't informed that I needed to drive my car for at least 50 on the freeway ,before I take it to be smoked. I took it in it failed .this is the 3rd time I have taken my car in .dealing with the check engine light. I guess it time for me to take it somewhere else. Please take me off your mailing list.

Regarding my experience on May 27 with Vanessa. Initial write up for service was smooth. Later that day I received snapshots from Vanessa of the items that needed to be addressed. When I tried to reach her she was not at your facility another service representative took my information and Vanessa called me later. I gave approval for the repairs. She mentioned that the car would be ready May 28 by 5:00pm. For medical reasons I could not be without a car and she arranged for me to have a vehicle. After no updates on May 28 I called your dealership and was told that it was Vanessa’s day off. Well it would have been nice if she made arrangements for another service representative to keep me informed. If a service writer is out of the facility it should be policy to have a backup representative assigned.

The service on my vehicle itself was fine but I was incorrectly told my vehicle was done and ready for pick up via text when it was not. Due to that error, I took time off work, found childcare and drove an hour round trip for nothing. It was very frustrating and no one knew why the text was sent.
