Anthony provided great service. He kept me informed about the process and why additional services were needed. — PS: I’ve been a steady customer of Whittier Toyota for 20+ years. I brought my Lexus SC430 for service because I knew I would receive expert service at a much better price than Lexus dealer. (I did a price comparison and found I could save $500+ at Whittier Toyota.)

Ceased was great Your mechanics failed to see to it that my hood was properly closed. When I got on the freeway it started trying to open. I had to pull over on the freeway and close it

Vanessa provided me with outstanding service. When I arrived at the service department Vanessa met with me and I immediately gave me confidence that my truck would be be serviced without any issues. Vanessa kept in touch with me while my truck was being serviced and she called me when the service was complete. Vanessa did an outstanding job and the ownership and management of Toyota of Whittier should be proud to employee such an employee.

The financial department charge me close to 5000 dollars , t is a few things to be done, I calls so many times ,they said they call back I never heard from them ,the car need be whiter prove as soon as possible and I need to talk with the financial advisor please let him call me today.
