You removed the plastic covering the carpet on the drivers side and then you removed the floor mat I had placed in there. Why did you do this? I did not request this and where is my floor mat. The purpose of that floor mat was to cover the plastic that protected the carpet. Now the carpet is exposed and there is no floor mat. I would like a explanation as to how you intend to remedy this situation. Please note that I did not request that you do that. My number is ****-****-xxxx. I'll be awaiting your call
