The service was very successful
Part of the experience that will keep me coming back is the ride to and from my house after dropping off my car for service. That’s the biggest hassle for me and you have solved it! Not having to arrange transportation to, and from the dealership makes all the difference!

He had great communication was very helpful and was straightforward and accommodating me with a quick ride home.
When I scheduled my oil change I was told it was my last free one, and all I would pay for is my rotation. When I came in, that was not the case. I tried to tell him but the story was different. I’m not sure what changed when I scheduled it and was told it was my last free and it changed. I also noticed when I arrived my appointment was canceled and rescheduled? It’s disappointing bc I came to Toyota bc it was free. That didn’t happen

I was very impressed of how professional everyone was. So far my car is running fine that I feel very safe to drive it knowing that I can after the Whittier Toyota serviced my car. Thank you Francisco for a well job done so far as I drove my car from the Toyota dealership to my house only.
