If I have an appointment, why do walk in's get priority. Appointment was at 10 am, vehicle was not ready until 2 pm.

I was not given a call when my vehicle was ready. I reached out myself to receive confirmation that my vehicle was ready. This lack of communication is not professional and disappointing.
