He was great! Helped me right away and answered all my questions.
I asked for tire rotation and was told it was included in the 20K service and wasn't done. No one said a word, I had marked my tires ahead of time and when I pick r up truck I saw they weren't moved I spoke with Supervisor. He tried to gaslight me. Then whatever substance they used to clean out AC system was bubbling and running out of the AX went all down the dash, carpet and floor mat. I cleaned it and hoping it wont permanently stain! Doubting now that Cabin filter was actually changed.
I have Front suspension, noisy but they don’t fix right still noisy and waste my time. Bed….!!!!!!!
