I was debating hwether to get my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Whittier, and from now on I will no longer go to Toyota of Whitter for the following reasons:
1) today my tires were supposed to be rotated which it wasnt, this i know for a fact.
2) my 30k oil change was done by family friend who is a ASE cerified mechanic, who informed me that my last service at Toyota of Whitter did not replace the oil filter when it was being serviced…. The filter was too dark for 5k mile oil change.
3) From past services at Toyota of Whittier, the inspection report of checking tire air pressure was a lie.
4) I tries to give the service department the benefit of the doubt and get my vehicle serviced at the dealership where i purchased my vehicle but my trust in Toyota of Whittier is gone.

Satisfied with overall experience
Went in to get my battery checked out since it said it had 84 month warranty. Service advisor said there might be a proration . Then later said I had to pay full price at 285 which I agreed on . I still asked if I got a proration since it said 84 months . Not only did I not get a proration I got the opposite I was told I had to pay more now 315 . Again I agreed but I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was not able to . I asked for a call back and did not get one . I will be looking to take my vehicle to another dealer now that’s this happened. I usually don’t say much about repair cost but this time it didn’t seem right . I will also contact Toyota .
