Building a trust with your customers should always be a top priority. I paid for a service. The technician said the service was rendered. But service was not done. Now the trust is broken. How do I know now if the other service I paid for were actually done. Paid lots of money for the service. Why was the service not done. Makes me think of how many people were taken advantage of. Toyota is a big company. No reason to take advantage of your customers. Hope service manager gets a hold of me.

Cesar Rodriguez is great and deserves a big thumbs up from my last experience. The experience on August 12 regarding my tires and the tire sensor. The complaint I have is towards Eddie the service manager very very unpleased. He handled my car but never came to let me know from time to time what was going on actually, it was an inconvenience because they didn’t fix it the first time. I called and spoke to him on Tuesday morning August 12. Let him know that my sensor light went back on and could he fit me in because I had to travel August 13 he said that I would be first priority once I came in, so when I got there, he took my car and told me it would be 30 minutes in which I told him I had to get out soon because I had a meeting from work it took them an hour and 15 minutes he never came to let me know that they had to put a sensor in my car I had to go look for him to find out what was going on in my car Very unprofessional I will not be going back to that dealership in whittier. ???? I hope this goes straight to corporate.
