The service advisor and the service were both great; however, I along with other customers waited in our vehicles for more than 30 minutes before being helped by our respective advisor. I didn’t have an appointment but upon speaking to the other customers, I learned they did. The new check in process seems to be more time consuming than the previous way.

Tire rotation was not done when I was told it was done and given an invoice with the rotation charge. My back rim has a scratch and that same back rim is still in the back and not the front. I was also supposed to get an oil change and because the tire rotation wasn’t done when you said it was I have no confidence the oil change was completed. Horrible service waiting for the GM to return my phone call.
