This was my first time with the service department. What a great atmosphere and vibe from the service personnel. I moved to Whittier from San Luis Obispo in April of this year and Toyota of Whittier is extremely surpasses SLO’s service department. I felt a sense of welcoming in the service department where at other dealerships you can feel unwelcome. I’m glad I had the experience at Toyota of Whittier, I love my 2017 Corolla and will come back and recommend to others.
I have 5 Toyota vehicles one with over 200 k miles and another with about 170K miles. Why should I get rid of them? Your service and advisors are knowledgeable and you guys have kept them in good shape.
