The staff was terrific. Very courteous and professional. Very disappointed in the prices. $500.00 to change out spark plugs? Really? I purchased my vehicle from Whittier of Toyota 14 years ago and changing the plugs were standard part of a tuneup.

I already got an appraisal . Happy with the appraisal. However I was at your dealership for a recall. I was quoted 4 hours for the recall issue but I got out of there in five and half hours. I think it should have taken less than 4 hours for moving the seat and removing the defected chip !!!
The window noise was not addressed and not fixed. I will be taking my vehicle to a window repair shop. ( Right rear window)
May I get reimbursed?
It seems your service team is not trained to remove the door panel and to check or try. You failed to address the problem. What a wasted of my valuable time.

My service provider did an excellent job; however, management is where the problem lies. The new management team has eliminated customer specials entirely, which shows a lack of value for long-time customers. After years of bringing my vehicles here, I’m extremely disappointed to say I will not be returning to Toyota of Whittier.”
