Please don't call. Service for the car was good and not a problem. The issue was the wait time because my file was forgotten on the desk and I had to inquire about it much later than expected waiting time. My car had be ready, but office representative did a poor job of closing the service.
Chris was very friendly and personable. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease dropping off my vehicle. Gus was also great and let me know what needed to be done to my vehicle since Chris wasn’t there.
My car was kept for over 5 hours for a full inspection and according to tech found nothing wrong. I’m just still uneasy WHY would I be receiving contact dealership and yet nothing was found My car is a lease so like I explain to Josh as long as everything is documented and in the Toyota care system I guess I have my back covered when the young man ran to go bring my car around he said there was a message in red on dash so he went to get Josh asap of course message was gone then. According to Josh if the messages keep appearing just bring the car back in which in the long run is a huge inconvenience to me I took today off from work just to have my car looked at so moving forward it’s a waiting game I guess

I was given a time for my vehicle to be ready, I never received a follow up call I called at 5pm and was told that my car was ready for pick up.
Gustavo was very helpful today when I took my 2019 Camry in. He was knowledgeable about the service my car needed and even offered a discount on the new battery that was needed. I am grateful my car did not have a serious issue and also grateful that my car was ready within a couple of hours. Thank you Gustavo.
