Really appreciate Joshua helping me with my seevice today. He was extremely professional and helpful and I felt comfortable that my car was getting the service it needed. I will come back to Whittier Toyota for future service. Thank you Joshua!

I visited the Toyota dealership at 9 am for what I expected to be a straightforward oil change and tire rotation. They recommended an alignment and brake fluid top-off, which I agreed to. I also mentioned a small leak in the front passenger tire and was told they’d perform a dunk test. Around 1:30/2 pm, after hours of waiting, Christopher informed me no leak was found and assured me that all four tires were filled to 35 psi and that the alignment was complete. However, upon driving off the lot, I immediately noticed the tire pressure was still low.
I returned to discuss this with Christopher, who initially told me it might take a few miles for the tire pressure monitor system (TPMS) to update. I trusted this advice and drove an additional four miles, only to find the TPMS reading unchanged. After returning again, I requested an alignment printout, only to be handed a document that looked noticeably different from previous alignment reports I’ve received for other cars. Christopher then took my truck for a 10-15 minute drive to check the TPMS but returned with an excuse and offered a refund on the alignment, raising doubts in my mind about whether the alignment—or any of the promised services—were actually completed.
This experience left me questioning the transparency and quality of service I received. It’s concerning when a customer has to repeatedly return to verify basic services, and I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled.
He was informative of how long my visit would be. He kept me informed about when my vehicle was done.

I waited over two hours for a scheduled oil change and that’s with an appointment.
Two hours is severely excessive. I waited a long time when I bought the car, the 1st maintenance took close to two hours. Today’s visit had me waiting for two hours again.
I regret buying the car from your dealership. I’m never going back there again.

Although I have bother TOYOTA near to my residence. I prefer commuting much further to WHITTIER TOYOTA simply for the great service and care I get from both the Service Rep Gustavo And person to person service from the service Manager Eddie aswell!
