I visited the Toyota dealership to get a tire replaced after they discovered a nail in it the day before. I arrived at 4:20 PM, but unfortunately, the tire was initially installed incorrectly, with the white lettering facing out instead of matching the rest of my tires. This mistake required them to redo the installation, which extended my visit significantly. While I appreciate that they corrected the error, the process took longer than expected, and I ended up leaving at 6:00 PM. I hope future visits will be more efficient and attentive to detail.

Had my truck for 3 days, no communication until I called them to find out what was going on. Currently waiting for a call back for a part that’s been ordered. For all I know, it’s sitting there now. I’ll have to call and ask tomorrow. Thankful it’s covered under warranty though. That’s what matters most.
