Took too long to get my car service when I dropped it off. I had to wait half an hour for an advisor Even though I had an appointment then, after that, took 4 hours for an oil change,everything was done only through text messaging I couldn’t speak to anyone even when I called the store the rep couldn’t give me any answers he said to text my questions.

I was fortunate that I was able to watch the tech working on my car from a far distance, he use proper tools and right torque by hand when he put back the oil drain plug and wipe the area.
